Yes. Please arrive within your selected 30-minute booking slot. Arriving outside your time slot can cause too many vehicles to arrive at once. This can lead to delays for everyone. If you arrive outside your booking slot, you may be refused entry and asked to book another time. The site may also be closed.

There are a limited number of appointments each day, so please only book the visits you need. Van, pick-up and large trailer bookings are limited to one visit per day.

We receive more than 10,000 bookings a week across Gloucestershire's five recycling centres, so we cannot routinely accept telephone bookings. However, if you do not have internet access, you can book by phone on 01452 596 626. (available weekdays 9.00 am to 5.00pm). Please only use this service if you cannot book online and no one can book online for you.

Please bring someone with you to help lift your waste. Staff are not always available and may be carrying out other duties. If your waste is difficult or heavy to lift, please break it down into smaller, manageable pieces where possible.
