Where it is taken?

Cardboard collected from the kerbside is taken to a materials recovery facility MRF in the UK where it is sorted and separated from other waste streams. Find out more about Materials Recovery Facilities here.

It is then transported to VIPA Paper Group for recycling into new card products in Vietnam.

What happens to it?

Cardboard is shredded and pulped before being recycled into new card products.
